Key pointers include:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1. Your weight should be directed into your front heel&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana, serif;"&gt;2. The width between the legs should not be too great (otherwise your back becomes out of alignment)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana, serif;"&gt;3.
